2019 “41 Across” Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - 6 pack

2018 was a warm growing season … but Cabernet is a “noble” grape variety and knows that discretion is “the better part of valour” and withheld itself from the extremes of the early season warmth and the temperature spikes of January, choosing the beach shade umbrella of its healthy canopy to shelter until the optimal autumnal ripening conditions of late February and March when it chose to expose itself in its full glory …… Robust deep red fruit aromas; a palate of dark blackberries and the richness of cassis with hints of bay-leaf spice melded with a beguiling cedary oak …. When Barossa does Cabernet well there is no equal!!
