This LC14 clone Cabernet Sauvignon was handpicked off the ‘Jenke Road Block’ in early March 2015. Vinified in an open fermenter then left on skins for ten days before pressing. Post malolactic fermentation, this wine was matured for 14 months in French oak hogsheads then racked and returned during maturation for freshness and clarity. For contemplative sipping.
